Here is my Winneco dinosaur page. The brand is also known as Payton. These are from many decades ago. They looked like MPC figures mainly because they copied them. They made their figures a little smaller and curved the tails up on some of the figures. They had twelve figures in their lineup. They left about a dozen MPC figures uncopied.
Winneco is known for releasing and selling poorly molded figures. I have come across bunches with big bumps from the molding process. They were probably taking them out of the molds too early, before they had a chance to cool down and solidify.
